London With Love 2012

Justice For Youth took a team to London for the Olympics (July 22-Aug 3) to work with More Than Gold and Stop The Traffick. It was a great opportunity to raise awareness and sow seeds of change. We engaged people from all over the world and worked alongside staff from nearly a dozen countries, including the USA, Germany, Portugal, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Canada, Ireland, UK, Brazil, Bulgaria and Iran. The nations were gathered in London for the Olympics and it was a great time to connect on an issue that effects us all.

Jantine Werdmuller von Elgg, Project Coordinator for the GIFT Box, expresses her appreciation to all of us who served:

“You have informed and inspired people and we are truly grateful for the time and energy you put in. The project has already had a big impact, and after the Paralympics we will send more details of the cases that have been reported, the number of signatures collected, and connections made for the future.”
